POTA Park Reference Changes - It's Not As Scary As You Think

Major changes are coming to Parks On The Air park references to streamline the IDs to an international standard and allow the program to more easily expand to even more countries around the world.

The biggest change most users will see is that country prefixes will change from their ITU radio prefix to the country's standard international code.
