Building megalithic structures of problems in our minds, Stop, take a breath. Rather reinforce the Positive aspects of your day, reflect on the things you did right and how you can make them better, Add bricks to your self worth and confidence in your ability. Build Megalithic Structures that you like to look at so when you do look back at them, You are Happy at what was built!
