NEW: ICE agents break through car windows belonging to alleged Tren de Aragua gang members after they refused to exit their car in Spokane, Washington.

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office says brothers Jeison Ruiz-Rodriguez and Cesar Ruiz-Rodriquez threatened to k*ll someone and fired a gun outside an apartment complex in December.

The brothers were reportedly heading to a court hearing to fight that felony harassment charge when ICE took action.

ICE says the men are believed to be Tren de Aragua gang members.
