This goes perfect with Matar Methi Sabzi that I shared Yesterday

First finely chop garlic ( I use a @tupperware_india chopper for the same, which makes it easier ) and also chop coriander leaves

Roll out Roti, spread ghee, sprinkle salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder and small pinch turmeric. Spread around.

Cut random strips , bring together and roll out into dough ball

Press the dough ball on the garlic first and coriander leaves and then sprinkle a lot of aata on top.

Note: yea f you don’t put a lot of aata the garlic might stick to rolling pin

Roll it out not very thin and cook with ghee or oil until crunchy

Press it towards the center for Chur Chur Effect
