I listen to a lot of audiobooks on self-development, sales, and negotiation, and one that really stood out to me was Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss.

Chris was an FBI negotiator, and in this book, he breaks down how to build trust, handle objections, and get people to say yes—without feeling pressured. His tactics translate perfectly into sales and business, and I’ve used them in real deals with great success.
