Quando os abusos praticados por tiranos, tendo como conseqüência o avanço da tentativa de controle das nossas vozes através da CENSURA, travestida pelo termo "fofinho" de "regulação", alegando estarem "protegendo o povo", DITANDO o que é "mentira ou verdade", mas na verdade buscando a ESPIRAL DO SILÈNCIO se consolidam em DITADURA DA OPINIÃO ("Crime-idéia", do Orwell em seu livro "1984" virando realidade), nem mesmo aqueles que PELA CONSTITUIÇÃO TEM A PRERROGATIVA FALAR (parlar) ESTÃO SEGUROS, vemos decisões extremas sendo tomadas pelos alvos do regime.

O Deputado Eduardo Bolsonaro precisou tomar uma SÉRIA e SÁBIA DECISÃO: A de abdicar temporariamente REPRESENTAÇÃO DIRETA daqueles que o elegeram, pra representar INDIRETAMENTE TODOS os brasileiros, incluindo esses que hoje O HOSTILIZAM, desejando sua prisão e cerceamento, e que não sabem que numa escalada como essa, SERÃO TAMBÉM ALVOS do regime, pois TODO DITADOR sofre de PARANÓIA EM ESCALA GEOMÉTRICA: Quanto mais tirania, mais paranóico, quanto mais paranóico, mais tirano fica e assim segue o loop até ALIADOS passarem a serem vistos como "adversários" do regime.

Curiosamente, são classificados como "autoritários" os que MAIS DEFENDERM A LIBERDADE e como "defensores da democracia", aqueles que MENOS COMPREENDEM o significado do termo, tampouco O EFEITO PRÁTICO desse significado, afinal, para que exista, a LIBERDADE de CRITICAR FIGURAS PÚBLICAS uma vez foi AMPLAMENTE DEFENDIDA por este que hoje a CERCEIA, mas para quem não se lembra ou não ouviu essa defesa, aqui está a citação:

A defesa de outrem que se encontre encarcerado necessita que o defensor ESTEJA LIVRE, nem que seja FORA DE SEU PAÍS, logo, servir de "mártir" não ajudaria EM NADA ESSA LUTA por REESTABELECER o direito de EXPOR O LIVRE PENSAMENTO. Você, gênio do Q.I. de um CUPIM pode até zurrar que "- Mas a tal liberdade de expressão não é a liberdade de ofensa. Ofensa é crime!" e eu te diria que você não poderia estar TÃO EQUIVOCADO.

SIM, ofensa é CRIME, PORÉM, NENHUM CRIME você é PUNIDO PRIMIEIRO e JULGADO DEPOIS, você é acusado, forma-se um processo, onde deve haver inquérito, apresentam-se as acusações, você apresenta a defesa e APÓS JULGADO, SE CONDENADO, aplica-se a lei com sua devida dosimetria. CRIMES CONTRA A HONRA, contidos nos artigos 138, 139 e 140 do Código Penal não prevêem CENSURA PRÉVIA, ou seja, você não é IMPEDIDO PREVIAMENTE de difamar, caluniar, ou injuriar verbalmente outrem, VOCÊ É PROCESSADO e, se CONDENADO, PUNIDO por fazê-lo, mas AINDA ASSIM, CONTINUA NÃO SENDO IMPEDIDO de fazê-lo novamente.

E nem preciso lembrar que é UMA ABERRAÇÃO JURÍDICA o MINISTRO que foi nomeado de OFÍCIO no início dessa PERSEGUIÇÃO, é também acusador, investigador, vítima, promotor, juiz, censor, juiz e agora até dá a IMPRESSÃO de ser "COMENTARISTA POLÍTICO", "HISTORIADOR" e "COMEDIANTE DE STAND-UP" (ou tenta ser), EMBORA FALHE MISERAVELMENTE em tudo que É ou PARECE tentar ser.

Estamos em um ESTADO DE EXCEÇÃO, onde um DEPUTADO, PROTEGIDO NÃO SÓ PELO ARTIGO 53 ("Os Deputados e Senadores são invioláveis, civil e penalmente, por quaisquer [ZERO EXCEÇÕES] de suas opiniões, palavras e votos."), como na verdade, são protegidos pelo TAMBÉM pelo artigo 5º, inciso IV, da Constituição Federal, que garante a liberdade de manifestação do pensamento ("É livre a manifestação do pensamento, sendo vedado o anonimato"), do pelo artigo 5º, inciso IX, que garante a liberdade de expressão e da comunicação ("É livre a expressão da atividade intelectual, artística, científica e de comunicação, independentemente de censura ou licença.") e da Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos, no artigo 19º da DUDH garante o direito à liberdade de opinião e de expressão (“todo o indivíduo tem direito à liberdade de opinião e de expressão, o que implica o direito de não ser inquietado pelas suas opiniões e o de procurar, receber e difundir, sem consideração de fronteiras, informações e idéias por qualquer meio de expressão”.), POR ISSO, compreendemos e apoiamos a decisão ACERTADA do Deputado Eduardo Bolsonaro, filho do TAMBÉM perseguido, o ex-presidente @JairBolsonaro.
