This podcast episode explores Trump’s aggressive immigration policy. It focuses on the deportation of 261 violent illegal gang members—murderers and rapists terrorizing communities—to El Salvador’s Mega Prison, spearheaded by the Border Czar, Tom Homan. Ignoring court orders, Homan leverages the 200-year-old Alien Enemies Act of 1789, which grants the executive branch authority to deport without due process, quipping it’s “not as old as the Constitution” we still follow. The media fumes over the lack of due process, while a Barack Obama-appointed judge’s order to stop deportation flights underscores a clash with Trump’s White House. Inner cities, neglected beyond tourist zones, cheer the cleanup, but Democrats eye this as an impeachable offense if they reclaim the House in 2026. The episode paints a bold picture of Trump and Homan’s defiance against judicial overreach and media backlash.
The media is upset that lives have been saved in America. 261 illegals have been deported to El Salvador Mega Prison. These gang members are evil, they murder, rape women and children. They terrorise their community. Tom Homan doesn’t care what the courts say. Every day ICE will be arresting illegals. ICE is coming. Tom Homan is going into these inner cities, he does not care, he is going to clean the inner cities out. There are places in these cities that have been carved out and cleaned up for the visitors. But once you get out into the real communities of the cities the citizens are waiting for someone to come along like Donald Trump to clean up their neighborhood.
Now Tom Homan is using a law that is 200 years old. It is the law. Tom is asked about the old law and his response is classic. It’s not as old as the constitution and we still pay attention to it. The Aliens Enemies Act allows the president to deport them without due process. The constitution gives full authority to the executive branch for illegal criminals.
Our media is losing that the criminals didn’t get due process. A judge ordered the deportation planes to turn around and the white house didn’t listen. This is a Barack Obama activist judge. But ultimately the law will side with Trump.
If the democrats get control of the House in 2026, this will be an impeachable offense. They have a timeline of the deportation flights. The judge's order is overstepping the executive branch under the Aliens Enemies Act of 1789. This district court judge wanted to overrule the Commander in Chief. They wanted these 261 criminals to go before a judge one at a time.
