INGREDIENTS:
1- Butter as required
2- All purpose flour 2cups
3- Caster sugar 1cup
4- Salt 1/2tsp
5- Baking powder 3/4tsp
6- Eggs 5 large
7- Vanilla essence 2tsp
8- Whole milk 1.5cup
9- Condensed milk 1/3cup
10- Heavy cream 1/2cup
11- Whipping cream 500ml
11- Strawberry (as required for decoration)
12- Cooking chocolate (as required for decoration)

PROCEDURE:
1- Apply butter to the baking tray and set aside.
2- Add flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl then mix and set aside the dry ingredients.
3- Separate the eggs yolks and white in two bowls.
4- Beat the egg white with electric beater until forms creamy texture.
5- Add 1/2cup caster sugar in egg white then beat for 5 minutes.
6- Now whisk the egg yolks then add 1/2cup sugar then whisk again.
7- Add milk and vanilla essence in the yolk mixture and whisk well.
8- Pour the egg yolk mixture into egg white. Combine them well together.
9- Now add the dry ingredients gradually into egg mixture and keep folding the batter.
10- Add the batter into baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree for about 1hour.
11- In a separate jar add condensed milk, heavy cream and milk then mix it well.
12- When your sponge cake is ready take it out of oven then insert a toothpick to confirm it’s baked properly. (If the toothpick comes out clean it means your cake is ready)
13- Set the cake aside and let it cool down at room temperature.
14- Cut the strawberries into half. And grate cooking chocolate for decoration.
15- Prick the sponge cake with a fork.
16- Pour the milk and cream mixture on cake and leave it for 10 minutes to soak in.
17- Place an empty bowl in freezer for 20-30 minutes. Then add chilled whipping cream in it.
18- Beat the whipping cream until it becomes thick.
19- Add the whipped cream to the cake.
20- Sprinkle the grated chocolate. Decorate it with strawberries.
21- Serve and enjoy.
