Here's a simple recipe for Crispy Box Patties that you can make and freeze for Ramzan:

Ingredients
- 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions (green onions)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken, flour, cornstarch, cheese (if using), scallions, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until just combined.
2. Assemble the Patties: Lay a piece of puff pastry or samosa pastry on a flat surface. Place a tablespoon or two of the chicken filling in the center of the pastry. Brush the edges with the beaten egg for a golden glaze. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a square or rectangle shape, pressing the edges to seal.
3. Freeze the Patties: Place the assembled patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each patty. Freeze for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 months.
4. Fry the Patties: Heat about 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm) of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add a few frozen patties (do not overcrowd) and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
5. Serve: Serve the crispy box patties hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, mustard, or a yogurt-based sauce.
