Another child now shot in the head! This time he was sleeping in his tent. We do not have the resources to look after him. His own family are bagging him as we have no ventilators to support his breathing. There are too many children still coming in with complex trauma and gunshot wounds . It is 3 am here and we are still working through the night to keep him alive. Keep the children of Gaza in your prayers. Nowhere is safe.
