Scarlett Johansson EXPOSES Hollywood's OBSESSION With Instagram

Scarlett Johansson continues to dispel Black Widow rumors, very much confirming Natasha Romanoff is dead (or Disney hasn't backed up the Brinks truck quite yet). But what was even more illuminating in a recent interview, is that Hollywood is obsessed with social media. Johansson doesn't have any accounts or feel the need for them, but Universal reached out on multiple occasions, thinking Jurassic World: Rebirth needs that extra push from the lead actress to get it across the finish line.

Couple that with the revelation of Ethan Hawke's daughter, Maya, flatly stating casting directors are now judging the quality of their cast not by talent, but by follower data.

And you wonder why the star power just isn't there anymore...
