🔥 Pierre Poilievre just SHUT DOWN a CBC reporter’s question on emissions! When asked if he would commit to an emissions target, Poilievre fired back, saying:

“We have to focus on technology and not taxes.”

Poilievre called out foreign polluters like China and India, saying shutting down Canadian industries only moves emissions overseas while killing local jobs. He also pointed out that Canada could cut global emissions by replacing India’s coal with Canadian LNG, a move that would reduce 2.5 BILLION tons of emissions—3x Canada’s total output!

🔥 Poilievre vs. Carbon Taxes:
✅ Carney’s Plan – Scrap the consumer carbon tax, but keep the industrial tax, meaning higher costs for Canadians.
✅ Poilievre’s Promise – Axe ALL carbon taxes, bring production back to Canada, and use technology, not taxes, to reduce emissions.

🔵 Even Canada’s Environment Commissioner admitted the country is NOT on track to meet emissions targets—and the carbon tax has had minimal impact!
