Episode 650: The character of the AntiChrist verses the nature of the Redeemed Part 3

Hello everyone. In tonight's Bible study we take a look at the character of the AntiChrist.

The scriptures gives us eight specific names for the Beast which depicts his ferocious character and appetite for sin. Below are the names of the antichrist given to us in the Bible.

1. The Serpent’s seed: Genesis 3:15
(Cunning and deceitful)

2. The Man of Sin: 2 Thes. 2:3
(The man who believes he is above all rule)

3. The Son of Perdition: 2 Thes. 2:3
(The man who leads to destruction through deceit)

4. The Lawless One: 2 Thes. 2:8
(Complete destitution from the Laws of God)

5. The Little Horn: Daniel 7:8
(Compact power of Satan)

6. The Prince who is to come: Daniel 9:26
(Satan is his king)

7. The Willful King: Daniel 11:3
(Completely given over to his own passions and Satan’s desires)

8. The Foolish Shepard: Zechariah 11:15-16
(Impious, total disdain & lack of reverence towards the Most High God)

9. The Worthless Shepard: Zechariah 11:17
(All that he gains is of no value)

Look at that list. Whoa! Not good. This man will seek to fulfill all his lustful passions and Satan's desires to rule. He will ultimately claim that he is god with Satan's assistance.

You may be saying, "who will believe that?"

Well according to God in His word, the entire world is going to believe him. They prove that they believe him by worshipping him and taking his mark.

What about you, friend? Who will you believe? The gospel of Christ or the deception of your own lust and Satan's desire?
