Irish Mule - St Patrick’s Day 2025

Happy St Patrick’s Day everyone. Today we make a simple cocktail with only 3 ingredients

Irish Mule
2 oz Irish whiskey
.25-.5 oz fresh lime juice
Ginger Beer
Lime wheel

In a shaker with ice add whiskey and lime juice. Shake to chilll. Strain into rocks glass with ice and top with ginger beer and add lime wheel as a garnish.
