Problems with SC Voter Roll and Election Data

Our state Election Commission spends thousands of dollars a year for ERIC, the Electronic Registration Information Center, and Kopis to maintain our rolls (a $6 Million five-year contract). Yet our voter rolls have some concerning anomalies. Simple database best practices and hygiene seem to be ignored.

Why are there:
* 9 registrants over 115
*98 under 18
*hundreds if not thousands registered at commercial (non-domicile) addresses--that is illegal.
