Ingredients

1/4 red onion... fresh or canned
5 slices bacon crumbled
Dressing:
4 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic ( I used spiced pickled ones)
2TBS of Greek and All Purpose Seasonings
Juice of 1/2 lemon

UM.... NOT SURE HOW THIS HAPPENED, BUT I TOTALLY FORGOT THE CHEESE, SHE SUGGESTS 4 OZ. FETA... BUT IT WAS FINE WITHOUT IT... AND I AM A CHEESE FANATIC!
