Gaza Aid Blockade Threatens Community Kitchens

Food charities that have been feeding thousands are being forced to close as Israel's complete blockade on Gaza continues.
Those still able to operate are winding down services day-by-day, as essentials like cooking gas, potable water and other items are no longer available.

A fragile ceasefire in southern Lebanon is being tested as Israeli strikes continue, targeting what it claims are Hezbollah sites. Civilians returning to their villages face renewed destruction, with businesses and homes hit despite the truce. Lebanon blames Israeli military presence for the instability, while Israel insists Hezbollah remains active along the border. Some fear Israel seeks to create a buffer zone, as those rebuilding are warned to leave. Hezbollah, weakened by war, has not resumed attacks but refuses to disarm. With tensions rising, many see no clear end to the conflict.

The death toll from attacks on Saturday has now risen to 53.
