Tommy, seething with rage, chases him to the rooftop for a final showdown. Lance, now fully against him, believes he’s won, but Tommy proves otherwise, gunning him down. With Lance dead, Tommy turns his focus back to Sonny. The two finally face off, with Sonny arrogantly claiming that he owns Tommy—that those lost fifteen years belonged to him. Tommy doesn’t hesitate. After a brutal shootout, Sonny is finally taken down, ending his grip over Tommy’s life.

Later, the mansion is quiet. Tommy, sitting on the stairs, reflects on the bloodshed. Suddenly, Ken, shaken but alive, crawls into view. Still in shock, he asks what happened. Tommy, exhausted, simply tells him it was a business dispute. Ken, as always, tries to lighten the mood, joking about how he handles disagreements differently. As they talk, Tommy acknowledges that there’s no more threat from the Forellis. Vice City is his now. Ken, realizing what this means, celebrates, though he quickly acknowledges that Tommy is the real boss. Tommy smirks, suggesting that this could be the start of a profitable partnership. After all, one is a paranoid schemer, and the other is a ruthless killer—what could possibly go wrong? As they look out over the city, their empire begins.
