Kettlebells have great Health & Fitness benefits such as improved Cardiovascular Fitness, Strength, Power, Balance & Stability. They are also High Intensity and low impact workout that can burn lots of calories in a short period of time. Kettlebells can be used by anyone who is motivated and looking for the BEST workout that can be performed anywhere you like. Start with a light weight(NOT too light)and learn the proper form first. You can increase the weight as you get stronger(I promise, you will get stronger). These videos are follow along with me. We will perform 40 seconds(AMRAP) of work and 20 seconds REST between exercises. Please come join me and let's get FIT TOGETHER. MAKE IT HAPPEN! NO EXCUSES!
