I'm sorry, but wasn't employment supposed to fully benefit both the company and employees??
THEN WHY ARE COMPANIES GAINING TOO MUCH WHILE THE EMPLOYEES FALL SHORT AND LOSE OUT TREMENDOUSLY??

What is going on with the company's control of the employees and the money they are working for???
Why do companies have so much control of ADULTS in the workplace???

We are often so busy that we don't take time out to REALLY look at our employment contracts, or are we too scared to question IMPORTANT things that relates to fairness because WE FEAR the REJECTION because of the valid questions we are asking the company???

Why do companies reject/manipulate/bully/dismiss employees who ask question??

Majority of employees are settling for extremely unfair treatment by companies, unaware that they may actually be undermined.
