Three Minutes from the Annual Can Tho Kite Flying Festival

Can Tho is the fourth largest city in Vietnam and is located in the Mekong River delta, in the deep south of Vietnam.

A teacher back home in Indiana has requested that I try to make a selection of three-minute videos that he can show to his class to spark discussions about different countries and cultures. This is the second attempt at trying to cut things down to make a tight three minute long video. I will make a playlist for this series.
