Live Looping Stream #1 | Improvised, original music & hanging out in the studio

Join me in the studio for a practise session. I’m working on my improvised live looping and pursuing my goal of being able to do it well.

Just hanging out in the studio and enjoying making music in a light-hearted way. We won’t be using samples or any pre-recorded material, everything will be created in the moment - together. Using The Wheel of Destiny and The Balls of Fate, we’ll pick a random key and tempo and then see what loop the universe has in store for us. Then messages from the chat will help guide the direction as the music unfolds. By going with the flow and trusting intuition, the magic of the creative process unfolds for a completely unique result each time.

I hope this provides inspiration for how to arrange loops, but also how to embrace mistakes as part of the overall creative process. I aim for this to be an exploration in how to make loops, melodies, how to make your own music and have fun doing so.
