Note: The Hylian Loach spawns every 4th time you enter the Fishing Pond!
It will spawn in the shallow waters near the floating leaves , which has 2 small fishes near it.

Catching this fish is tricky!
If you fail to catch it , it will go into the debts (near the Tree Trunk) which cannot be caught with the regular lure.
To catch it there you will need the Legendary Sinking Lure but i am not sure how the Retro Achievements react to that.
So i personally didn't use the sinking lure just in case!

If you are 100% sure it's your 4th attempt save before entering the 4th attempt!
Which will allow you to quickly reboot the game and go back to try it again!
You could also just continue paying 80 rupees to try again!
