Learning PHP by creating PocketMine Plugins: Ep. 1

Starting from scratch I will be teaching myself how to make pmmp plugins. In this episode we create our dev environment by installing WSL/Windows subsystem for linux, ubuntu and the pocket mine server software. We also lastly created a plugin skeleton for next episode!
