“O Christ, today’s Gospel unveils Thy glory on the mount—dazzling white, Thou shinest! Bishop Sheen proclaimed, ‘The Transfiguration is thy glimpse of Easter amid Lent’s dark.’ St. Charbel, who saw Thee in his cave, bids thee seek Thy face beyond the veil. Thy voice from the cloud thunders, ‘This is My Son—hear Him!’ On this Sunday, rest in His light, for it pierces thy shadows. Let thy soul climb with Peter, awed yet bold, to praise Him. This Lent, seek one spark of His beauty, and thou shalt never be the same.”
