We're BIG believers in leg (foot) traps,
whether on top of our attacker's foot are behind the heel, that's why a when we attended a lot of different seminars attendees didn't want to play with us,
so, why didn't Sigong Lee name the 5th Method of Attack L.I.A. or
( Limb Immobilization Attack ) which would include both the arms (hands)
and legs (feet)?

Just food for thought.
