OFFICER Gets SET STRAIGHT by COP WATCHER in Public Parking Lot

#copwatch Came in on scanner as a 3 car accident but was canceled before the EMS team arrived. Sat in the car while Thorton's AKA Big Daddy's Towing got the vehicle off the street. The entire scene moved to a nearby hospital parking lot.
The citizens did not like me filming them but it wasn't them I was filming, it was the cops, they just happened to be in the way.
