Galatians 5:9 A little leaven leavens the whole lump.

Paul is warning the Christians of the churches of Galatia that a small compromise, or step away, from the gospel of grace often leads to a second step away. Then a third step away and so on.
A little leaven… the smallest amount… will spread to all area’s of your walk and faith. It will leaven the whole lump. One small compromise , drifting away from grace, can lead to massive consequences. This is the danger the danger of drifting.
