Meet Malachi, he is 31 and has been homeless for almost half his life at 15 years. He says he just got out of Jail and they took his backpack, his Dog and wouldn't give it back. He said he has been on the streets since he was 8 he went to social services and got help, his grandma got custody and his grandmother got custody and took him here to AZ. He has been trying to get into Rapid Rehousing for 5 Years now. Hear his story here:
