STN Monthly Meeting – Tuesday March 25th, 7 PM - Guest Speaker Mr. David Morgan

Shield of Truth Network Cordially Invites the Community to our monthly meeting with Mr. David Morgan as guest speaker.

The Shield of Truth Network Inc. would like to welcome community members to join us for an interesting, and inspirational presentation on Tuesday March 25th. We will be hosting as our guest speaker. Mr. David Morgan. Dave is a Montgomery County resident. He is a retired schoolteacher, who has attended Montgomery County Commissioners meetings since 2019. During that 5 year timeframe Dave has done an in depth analysis of what he terms the “spend and tax” record of the county.

Dave will elaborate on the $415 million Justice Center that your tax dollars are being spent on and the nearly 52% tax hikes that have occurred during those years. He will elaborate on the recent hiring history of administrative staff each earning in the $100,000 range including benefits and pensions. He will also explain why the County is going deeper and deeper in debt. Dave has some answers to how the “spend and tax” debt hole that two of the Commissioners are digging can be repaired.

We encourage you to come out and hear what is being done with your hard-earned tax dollars, and what you can do by engaging in the process to “stop the bleed”. We are certain that it will be an informative and lively discussion, which perhaps may infuriate some of those footing the bills for all of this. There will be an opportunity for Q & A with Dave at the end of the program, so bring your pencil and note pad. You will want to jot down the detailed figures that Dave will be presenting.

As always, we will meet at Hope Valley Community Church on Graber Alley in Red Hill at 7 PM and we will end promptly at 9 PM.
