Costa Rica Proposing New Tourist Visa Rules 🇨🇷

New legislation has been proposed in Costa Rica that would end border runs and require that people potentially spend 90 days outside of Costa Rica after using their tourist visa. There has not yet been a vote on this measure, nor have details as to what implementation would look like emerged, but there are real concerns about how this change could impact the region.
