Tempeh Bacon Marinade:

Add to a bowl
3 tablespoons of oil of your choice
1 tablespoon of liquid smoke
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Cracked black pepper to taste
Sea salt to taste
Mix and coat Tempeh
Set your oven to 425 Fahrenheit.
Cook 7-8 minutes on each side.
Cut your bagel in half and toast it.

Build your sandwich:

2 slices of tomato
2 leafs of lettuce
Spread your bagel with thousand island or burger sauce
Add your cooked & crispy tempeh bacon and enjoy
