Is Snapchat ethically handling users' data and privacy?

This video continuously gets blocked by good ol Tubster with no information as to why. First it was because the music was flagged as being copyrighted. Well I nipped that in ass and provided valid proof of authorization to use the music. Video got placed public again to then blocked but this time with no reason. So I do what I do and find an alternative.
