Hey, everyone! Hope you’re doing well—just a little reminder to slow down and enjoy the moment.

I wrote H-A-P-P-Y as a reminder that happiness isn’t in the “next big thing”—it’s in the little moments, the people we love, and the life happening right now. I recorded this before my mum passed, but it means even more to me now. We don’t find happiness—we choose it.

Oh, and according to my toddler, every puppy she sees must be carried. No exceptions. Pray for me.
