The power of "They" and the strength of "US"

Today let's talk about the proverbial they. Often heard in terms of they said this or they did that or what they didn't do or say. A sharp division between the two sides of the argument sometimes yields an adverse action. NO matter who the face of they happens to be the argument remains, the sharp division remains, the potential for adverse action therefore remains. Should the two sides ever unite to become them, then it would stand to reason, that the proverbial they in question would suddenly become unimportant. The power of the proverbial they, lies in the division between the two arguing sides. The greater the division the greater the power.
this can be applied nearly wherever. the quesion I have for humanity is why do we allow ourselves to create a they that we can be them which stands together to form an US. US as in all of humanity. Humanity in union with no categorization by any means. No black, no white, no race, except for the human race. No poltics, no countries on the planet which we call earth. Just WE. Just we humans existing in an infinite space for a finite time. Would it not be better for all of humanity if this one very simple truth could be recognized?
