MK-ULTRA DR. JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ DELGADO

Dr. Jose Delgado was a professor of physiology at Yale University. Shocker. He specialized in mind control and was well known for his work. Many had no idea he also worked for the CIA during most of his career.

He was known for his mind control research through electrical stimulation of the brain using a combination radio transceiver to control behavior.

He eventually realized you could do this remotely using implantable devices. He is known for his bull experiment where he would walk out and control a Bull like a remote control car.
