Keep my commandments - An interview with Professor Augusto Zimmermann

Prof. Augusto Zimmermann holds a Doctor of Legal Philosophy (Ph.D.) ,

a Master of Laws (LL.M.) (summa cum laude), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Honours),

and a professional certificate in Arbitration Law and Practice.

He is a former member of the Law Reform Commission in Western Australia and a former associate dean in research at Murdoch University, School of Law. He is also the President and Founder of WALTA Legal Theory Association.

He is the author of many books and many articles.

He was born and raised in Brazil, and has lived in Australia, now for 25 years.

In this episode we discuss the following:

- No jab, no job. It has no basis in Law. How did they get away with it in Australia? Augusto tells us they got away with it because they think they can do whatever they want. See article below.

- Augusto states that the Australian Constitution was violated during Covid and reviews 2 parts of the Australian constitution that were violated, one section on mandatory pharmaceutical intervention (section 51) and the other on free borders (section 91).

- He points out that in Western Australia, the then Premier, McGowan, rewarded the head of the WA police, (who was the “Vaccine Commander” with the role of Governor of Western Australia.

- He states that Australia needs a better system. The executive should not control parliament.

- To make matters worse, our judges are selected by politicians. This should not be the case, and he outlines a better system. We discuss the Judge Helen Rofe appointment and her selection for the Dr Julian Fidge v Pfizer case. See his article, below.

- He says we have an Elective Dictatorship, and no longer have a functional democracy. He has documented his thoughts on this before with Prof Gabriel Moens. See below.

- He tells us Australians are complacent and they worship government.

The more the leaders offended the people the more they liked it. He gave the premier of Western Australia, McGowan, as an example.

- We discuss his candidacy in the past (2017) for the role of President of the Human Rights Commission. He says he may have blundered when he appeared on the Andrew Bolt Report, and declared that he would prefer to protect real rights rather than fake rights. He does not believe in rights given to groups of people.

- We discuss the new Australian Hate Speech Laws.

- We discuss how broad legal prohibitions on racially offensive speech will never alone be successful in eliminating racism from our society. Augusto points to evidence form pre Nazi Germany.

- What did USAID’s dark dollars do in Brazil? Augusto tell us of the involvement of the CIA and the Biden Administration in the 2022 Brazil election.

- We discuss the Bolsa Familia, a conditional cash transfer program implemented by the current Brazilian President, Lula. Mandatory vaccination of Covid vaccines for children of 6 months of age or no cash for the poor families.

- Augusto has said “Westerners who disparage their Christian heritage should get much better informed that were it not for this religion, they would not have the freedoms they enjoy today.”

We discuss how much our Christian beliefs have shaped our laws over time.

- Finally, we discuss how God has been replaced by a tyrannical government. We always worship something. “So they look to government as their Saviour instead of Christ”.
