Oregon Lawmakers Get Greedy with Water Rights

Oh, in Oregon you can get away with a lot of things but when it comes to gun rights and water rights, look out. Lawmakers proposed a bill to meter well water and water gathered out of streams. Taxpayers went crazy, in a good way, and legislators backed off.....for now. This interview is about the "For Now" because he thinks this is just the beginning.
