“The New South Wales government recently withdrew and intend to refund over 23,000 COVID fines, in addition to the 36,000 fines withdrawn in 2022. These fines were unlawful and should never have happened.
I criticise the Albanese Government's whitewash COVID "review" for ignoring state government actions, including these unlawful "fines". There is so much about the State and Federal Government actions during COVID that must be examined immediately by a Royal Commission.
Only a Royal Commission has the power to subpoena documents and compel witnesses to appear and testify truthfully.”
