I made this video for my clients who’ve been asking for hip and lower body stretches and mobility exercises. While I’d rather focus on other goals in the gym, stretching is perfect for winding down—try it before bed or after your workout.

Stretching and mobility are all about discovering where you’re tight. Listen to your body, take deep breaths, and ease into each stretch. I typically hold mine for 5-10 breaths. Enjoy!
