the suits against the executive branch LACK JURISDICTION and should be dismissed for such. 1) if the parties believe they were wrongfully discharged there are administrative procedures one must follow before filing suit against any government entity. - if those procedures are not adhered to - a party is restricted from filing suit. - those procedures are generally encoded in federal and state statute and administrative laws. 2) the lawsuits brought by NGO'S INRE: FUNDING, i believe LACK STANDING altogether. - regardless - if they wish to bring suit against a government entity - they must first follow administrative procedures as sited above. - if the complaint is for a stated "monies" relief the plaintiffs must establish in the complaint: a) where those monies came from b) was the source of the monies a proper or illegal allocation? c) did those monies spring from a never ending source? d) were those monies used for the purpose for which they were awarded? 3) all taxpayer monies are subject to timeliness and restrictions, hence the lack of standing. 4) and like a government job - no taxpayer monies are guaranteed forever. as such - the ngo's lack standing to bring suit. 5) and lastly - if the ngo claims to be a "government' agency - the suit should likewise be dismissed for misrepresentation.

Democrats have been at war with America for decades usurping the will of the people and now even our Executive branch of government. With Trump and the slight margin in the house and senate MAGA is fighting back for America and the people. 2026 elections will be crucial to finish this transition from lawlessness, tyranny and abuse on our nation and it's citizens. Restore our Republic, our Constitution, bring peace and prosperity back for all citizens. Every patriot should be looking for good, honest citizens who want to help move this country forward to run in local, state and Federal elections even if for only one term, then hand it off to the next Everyday Patriot , we don't need more lawyers or drama queens, we need the working people who have lived with the over reach of the Federal government's millions of laws and regulations making it more difficult and costly to improve their lives. RNC could start a boot camp if you will to educate new non-politicians how the house works. We've got to get in the game not just supporters and critics on the sidelines, tho we need all three.

Who signed the nomination for those liberal judges? It was NOT Biden. The person who applied his autopen signature is a traitor and should be prosecuted. Trump's DOJ needs to declare all those appointments fraudulent and remove those judges.

Unfortunately Trump and GOP lacks the balls to correctly refuse to obey these unlawful unconstitutional rulings. In addition they are required to put up billions in bonds which they haven’t. The right is always the party of cowardice. The left have balls the right are kunts.
