If you're looking for a bad ass Chevelle with just enough modern touches to make it really enjoyable to drive, you are in luck! This 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle SS tribute is a restomod with a few tricks up its sleeves.
From the outside, it looks pretty stock except for the American Racing Torq Thrust alloy wheels wrapped in radial tires. Upon closer examination you will see 4-wheel disc brakes through the spokes. Pop the hood and you'll find out that they are power disc brakes, which bring this muscle car to a stop in a hurry! While you're there, you notice the modern belt system with Air conditioning and Edelbrock Performer aluminum heads topping the engine. It also features a 4-barrel carburetor, Pro Comp aluminum intake, full-length ceramic coated headers, HEI distributor, billet pullies, aluminum radiator, and Optima red top battery.
The car left the factory with a 350 and now has a mildly built 383 stroker that is a full roller inside. That engine has only a few hundred miles since installed, so it is ready to roll! That powerhouse is bolted to a 6-speed manual transmission to is controlled in a stock center console.
The interior is incredibly clean with black vinyl bucket seats, center console, and modern AM/FM radio that fits the factory spot. This car has had the same owner for the last 20 years and has been meticulously maintained and garage kept. You'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner or more solid example of early 70s American Muscle!
