In today's video I talk about why we do need to be setting more "unrealistic" goals and attacking them with a plan...but we also need to be more reasonable when it comes to our metrics for progress! I think all these 7 day or 21 day or 10 minute challenges are distorting how long true success takes without a massive jumpstart. The problem is how many people would sign up if they knew the truth was it may take 10-20 years to reach that goal? We need more grace and understanding when it comes to the journey and struggles we may face on the way to our "unrealistic" goals, but when given enough time we can reach our infinite potential!
