North South East and West

Observe the vantage point of the green tape! This footage was taken from both looking South and North. When looking South the green tape on the furthest blade from the camera is moving East to West and when looking North the green tape on the furthest blade from the camera appears to be moving West to East. This is nothing more than the vantage point of the observation. This is why on the Northern hemisphere the Stars appear to rotate one direction and from the Southern Hemisphere it’s the opposite direction. Simple as that!
