What are Relics?

Relics fall into a category of items called Sacramentals.

Sacramentals are ways the Church helps us focus on God and make us more open to receiving His graces. Some examples of popular sacramentals are medals of our blessed mother, blessed candles, holy water, scapulars, and the topic of today’s video, relics.
