Mile High Peanut Butter Brownie Pie #peanutbutterbrowniepie

I'm using a modified version of my Chocolate Chess Pie recipe for the Brownie base...it is so YUMMY!
Chocolate Brownie Pie Recipe
1 9-inch Par-baked Pie Crust
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
Dash of Salt
6 TBSP sifted Cocoa
1/2 Cup Half and Half or Whipping Cream
2 TBSP Melted Butter
1 Large Egg + 1 Large Yolk, reserving egg white for brushing the pie crust
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Bake Chocolate Brownie in a 350F oven on the center rack for 45-50 minutes.

Peanut Butter Topping Recipe
8 ounces softened Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 8-ounce tub Whipped Topping

Garnish with mini Chocolate Chips and Chopped Peanuts
