MEXICO CITY (AP) — Uruguayan forward Brian Rodríguez scored one goal and assisted on another Wednesday night as América routed Chivas 4-0 to advance to the CONCACAF Champions Cup quarterfinals where they will face Cruz Azul. Rodríguez, a Uruguayan international, opened the scoring in the fifth minute and then sent a pass that American Alejandro Zendejas sent into the back of the net in the 65th minute. Chilean Diego Valdés added the third in the 45th minute. Spaniard Álvaro Fidalgo added a goal in the 80th minute for the Águilas, who defeated Guadalajara 4-1 on aggregate.
