The Simplest Exercise to Relieve Constipation and Bloating
Constipation is a very insidious thing. You can even die from it. Therefore Do this and you will get rid of constipation. And just this one simple exercise can help solve this problem.
20-30 minutes before eating, drink 1-1 and a half glasses of warm water and raise your arms up.
When doing the exercise, your legs should be together, your toes should touch each other. Raise your arms up and stretch as hard as you can, and you can squeeze them into a lock to increase the tension in your muscles. At the same time, breathe deeply, evenly and slowly. When it becomes completely easy to stretch, standing on full legs, rise up on your toes. Walk in this position for a minute or two. You need to do it three to five times for one minute, and then rest for 30 seconds. As you get used to it, increase the number of approaches.
