You can do just this one exercise to rejuvenate your whole body.
Yes, you can rejuvenate your body even if you are lazy. I know, often there is no time to do many exercises or you are just lazy. But this one exercise does effective work for the entire body: for all joints and muscles, for a flat stomach, for activity, for weight loss, for mobility and flexibility of the body, and even for lowering cholesterol.
Start doing this exercise at your own pace. But your goal is to achieve the speed of execution as in the video.
Do this for 1 minute, then rest for 30 seconds. And so repeat 3-5 times. After the 2nd week, gradually increase the number of repetitions.
