A message to Rupert Lowe from the membership of the ECP/ECS
Rupert we are English Constitutionalists - no where does our common law constitution mentions race. The English are the good guys not the bad guys.
Dear Rupert,
Please allow me to introduce myself. I am writing to you in strict confidence with a unique proposition. I am offering you the opportunity to assume leadership and ownership of the English Constitution Party, at no cost whatsoever. This includes the entirety of the organisation—lock, stock, and barrel. The party was officially registered in 2021, complete with a registered logo, website domains, bank account, limited company, and all associated assets. This is your chance to develop a credible political entity.
I am not motivated by personal recognition. Having successfully managed my own enterprises in the past, I am now focused on this initiative. The sole condition is that you remain steadfast in your commitment to England’s interests. That is the only stipulation.
It is unlikely that you will encounter an offer of this nature elsewhere. This represents our final endeavour to preserve England’s integrity, a cause of profound importance to both the membership and myself. Consequently, this proposal is not extended lightly. The party enjoys existing support, and I am confident that figures such as Elon Musk would endorse it, just as Winston Churchill did in 1924 when he aligned himself with a similar cause.
Our vision is encapsulated in the phrase MEGA – Make England Great Again.
Winston Churchill once remarked, “There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word, which means more to me than any other. That word is England.” In 1924, Churchill stood as an English Constitutionalist, publicly denouncing the mainstream parties for undermining the English Constitution. Alongside ten others, he campaigned under this banner, with six of them securing parliamentary seats. This success stemmed from the English people’s recognition of their constitution—a robust, enduring framework that safeguards individual rights above the authority of the state.
In a common law jurisdiction, the state exists to serve the people, not the reverse. The English populace bows to no individual or government. We shall never, under any circumstances, submit to servitude or surrender our principles.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter with you further. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Graham Moore
